Returns:

We accept returns for eligible items within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition, unused, and with all tags and packaging intact.


Damaged Items:

To initiate a return for a damaged item, please contact our customer support within 14 days of receiving your order. We may require photographic evidence of the damaged item to process your request.


Refunds:

Please be aware that we do not offer cash refunds. Instead, we will issue store credit for the purchase price, which you can use for future purchases on our website. Store credit is non-transferable and can only be used on our website.


Return Shipping:

To return an eligible item, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return is received by us. Vessa is not responsible for any lost or damaged returns during transit.
